The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, December 8 reveals Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will be done with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Also coming up, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will vow revenge. Plus, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) won’t let Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) bully her. And Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will try to reason with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Y&R spoilers tease it will still be Thanksgiving day in Genoa City. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will continue their boring discussion about shutting down Jabot and Victor’s AI threat. Then Cane will walk in and he’ll ask if Victor has attacked them yet. He’ll say he pretty much wiped out Arabesque.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Jack Warns Cane To Stay Away From His Family
“Oh how the mighty have fallen,” Jack will reply. He’ll tell Cane if Jabot is destroyed, he’ll hold him responsible. Cane will offer to help out any way he can. “The best thing you can do is stay out of it,” Jack will reply. “And stay as far away from me and my family as is humanly possible.”
Downstairs in the Jazz Club, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will tell Phyllis that Victor plans to launch the attack on Jabot during the Abbott Communications launch party. But what he wants to talk to her about is what happens after the attack on Jabot.
Adam will say if it won’t look good if she takes over right away. Phyllis will admit Cane keeps trying to get her to confess to stealing the AI, but she hasn’t. “I think the game is starting to bore him,” Phyllis will add, speaking for many of us who are fed up with this storyline.
“After tomorrow night,” Adam will tell her. “Things will move very quickly.” One can only hope. Regardless, Cane will arrive and ask what the two of them could possibly have to talk about. “You,” she’ll reply. Adam will lie and say Phyllis was defending him. After Adam leaves, Cane will say he wants the truth.
Phyllis will lie and say she didn’t steal the AI. “I don’t believe you and the fact that you are lying to me shows me that I can never trust you,” he’ll say. “You stabbed me in the back and now I’m going to make you pay.” But Phyllis will tell him he has no leverage and no power. “I’m going to sabotage every chance you have of taking over Jabot,” Cane will reply. “You will regret not trusting me.”
In LA, Noah and Sienna will arrive at the hotel. Sharon, Nick and Victor will be relieved. “You’re here and you’re safe, finally,” Sharon will say, as she embraces her son. Sienna will introduce herself to Victor and he’ll scowl at her. “I know who you are,” he’ll reply. “The question is, where’s your husband?”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Matt Gets Bad News About His Finances
Sienna will say she has no idea. “I couldn’t care less if he goes straight to hell.” Victor will tell Sienna he cleared out her husband’s finances. “He may be a monster but he’s still my husband, so if he’s got nothin’ where does that leave me?” she’ll ask.
Noah will say she should come back to Genoa City with him, she’ll be safe there. Sharon and Nick will give each other a look and they’ll ask to speak to Noah alone. So, Victor and Sienna will head to the lobby. “What the hell are you thinking?” Nick will ask his son. However, Noah won’t want to leave Sienna in LA.
“You are attaching yourself to someone who has bigger problems than you are equipped to handle,” Sharon will reply. “Son, if you bring Sienna home with us, you’re basically rolling out a red carpet to bring this creep back to Genoa City,” Nick will tell him. But will Noah listen?
Meanwhile, Sienna and Victor will discuss Matt and she’ll say she saw the look on his face and Noah’s parent’s faces when he suggested she come to Genoa City. But she’s broke now. So, Victor will tell her to name her price. Sienna will ask about The Shadow Room and he’ll say it now belongs to Noah, and he wants her to stay away from him. But she’ll say she made a promise to herself she’d never allow anyone to bully her again.
Finally, Matt will storm into The Shadow Room, lock the door and down a shot. He’ll call someone, asking them to check his bank accounts and he’ll get bad news. “Victor Newman you son of a bitch!” Matt will shout into the empty club. After he has a few more shots, Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) will show up and he’ll ask what happened with Burrow (Matt Cohen).
She’ll say Burrow got the better of her but luckily she got away before he could pin her down. Annie will add he probably has an APB out on both of them. She’ll advise Mitch to take every cent he has and get out of there.
Matt will say thanks to Victor Newman, he has nothing. But he plans to get some leverage over on the Newmans. “What kind of leverage?” Annie will ask. “Something they’re never gonna see coming,” he’ll reply.
